The Public Sanitation Facilities with Wastewater Treatment Systems for Floating Communities project is a collaborative effort between WaterAid, the Department of Rural Development of Kandal Province, and SUDrain. This project aims to construct floating toilets equipped with wastewater treatment systems for the floating communities in Prasat Commune, Sa’ang District, Kandal Province, improving hygiene and sanitation by reducing open defecation within the local communities.
